Review - Papertowns

I'm writing this review while listening to HAIM - Falling (Duke Demont remix) which was one of the soundtrack of the movie. So, called me obsessed, I have read the book, watch the movie and also listening to the soundtrack. This is beyond what I usually do, this movie somehow is a special case for me.

If you read the book, well the movie is exactly just like the book. Right from the start they found a dead body on the park, and then on with the revenge by Margo Roth Spiegelman played by Cara Delevigny which got helped from her childhood friend Quentin or Q played by Nat Wolff.

So is it a good movie? Overall, the story is completely the same from the book, only tiny things that were not shown in the movie. The main cast is just perfect, we can see Margo's weirdness and at the same time looks amazingly beautiful. I can feel the chemistry of both main cast.

What I had a little problem is the best friends of Q, well they look somehow too kinky and not on their real age. It appears to me, Ben and Radar doesn't have quite a role, where in the book they were like the cute ones. Especially Ben, but Austin Abrams looks too young for the role, or Q looks too old? Well, watch the movie and decide.

The search of Margo, the adventures, the laugh, the moment you realize that times and memories is all they have are beautiful. Then I resemble to my life, and it's like "Hey, I also experiencing all that", then all the memories just come into my mind. Treasures of life. In the end, we will live by the memories.

Paper town means fake town which indicate or as a code in the maps so they won't be copied by other people. We tend to create our own papers, then we become paper people and then disappeared in the papertown. Margo teach us to live to the fullest, be yourself, try anything because the problem you have is too small compare to all the possibilities served out there.

Bravery is an expensive thing. I guess no one can really as brave as Margo, and I really appreciated her bravery. It's so amusing to see people who are self driven like her. I wish I was one of them, could I?

Anyway, I give this movie 3,5 / 5 stars!
